On 5/31/2024, the Linn County Sheriff's Department served a warrant to Lake Chaparral POA requesting our cooperation in an investigation. As details emerge, the Board of Directors will provide additional information to the community through the official website (lakechaparralpoa.com). We understand the importance of this matter and are working closely with the Sheriff’s Department to reach a resolution. The Board will be transparent as the investigation proceeds.
As of 6/4/25, there have been no further updates from the Linn County Sheriff's Office regarding the warrant that was issued on 5/31/24.
