April 1, 2025, as of now, 2025 assessments are considered past due. Late fees are being applied to all outstanding balances. Please contact the office to make a payment or discuss your account.
2025 May Election -There will be (4) elected positions in the upcoming election. Ballots are due by May 3rd at 12:30pm!

May 9th - 11th: A 25yrd dumpster is coming to the Community for house hold clean up ( Click Here For More Info)
Waste Management (WM) will be the new trash service provider for the POA. Dumpsters will be located behind the Office/Community Room for the community use.
On 5/31/2024, the Linn County Sheriff's Department served a warrant to Lake Chaparral POA requesting our cooperation in an investigation. As details emerge, the Board of Directors will provide additional information to the community through the official website (lakechaparralpoa.com). We understand the importance of this matter and are working closely with the Sheriff’s Department to reach a resolution. The Board will be transparent as the investigation proceeds.
As of 4/5/25, there have been no further updates from the Linn County Sheriff's Office regarding the warrant that was issued on 5/31/24.

Board meetings are generally held the 1st Saturday of each month at 9:00 am. Annual Member meetings are generally held the 1st Saturday of May and October at 1:00 pm.
